If I'm being honest, I think I'm still processing my own story -- but may share more at some point. For now, I will say that "impact" and "legacy" are both words I've found myself using more more in the last few years. There is much wisdom in what you wrote.
I have never thought about it like this before:
"The first half of our careers is about mastery. The second is about impact and legacy."
That really clarifies and explains some of my own thinking and actions over the last few years. Thank you.
